The author hits a grand slam. Ms. Box's writings have the ability to speak to everyone, and is a must read for anyone entering into a relationship, or one who is undergoing a period of personal re-evaluation. Ms. Box's poems oftentimes reminded me of warm personal letters between old friends, and in many instances, I felt as if they were taken from my recollections and directed at me. Several times I found myself asking if we were acquaintances in another life, or wondered how she knew so much about me. It's the author's ability to elicit such familiarity, without the sense of intrusion, that shows the complexity, sensitivity and intelligence of a person who has "lived life," and it speaks volumes for how gifted a writer she truly is. I eagerly await the next book by this fascinating person!
