Abstract:
The Gospel of John details the miraculous story of Jesus healing a man who was blind from birth. This healing was much more than just a physical phenomenon. It was also a spiritual deliverance from the bondage of this world. God has a propensity to call to special service those considered as unfortunate or lowly by the standards of this world. What is the key to unlocking this hidden potential? Through faith our Lord is able to manifest his power and glory in ways we could never imagine. As Christians, we are called to fulfill our purpose in life as designated by God. In light of this requirement to serve, are we willing to take the same walk of faith as the blind man did?
