Abstract:
The Path of Shi'r is the second book in the Proudstrider series. Marc, Lana and their friends return to Riverton, unknowingly followed by the Son of Darkness, Edward Domon. Returning home, Lana confronts her mother with the awful truths she learned about herself, while Marc struggles with his gift as the Chosen of Light by the Goddess Shand'ara. Awakening from his coma, Edward is thrust into a position of power by the Order, and battles demons from the past within himself. The book crescendos in a battle of destiny and darkness, with lives changed forever along the way.
