Abstract:
Imperium is principally about commercial government systems that preserve a domestic capitalist economy by requiring all permanent fund managers to invest in foreign theatres. Reducing tax liabilities and wealth creation for residents remain the central tenants and primary goals of colonial themed commercial governments despite the prohibition on intra-national investment. Imperium rounds out the discussion on colonial commercial government systems with incursions into competitive nonprofit economies, resident associations, multi-jurisdictional authorities, industrial banking, native corporations and capital unions, and empire building through a public/private finance initiative and mutable boundaries system.
