On 9/11/2001 Clinton Stevens returned to his native home of Queens New York only to find disaster. As New York City starts from ground zero, Clinton Stevens finds himself on the steps of the United States Navy once more. Clinton’s First Enlistment becomes a stepping stone; he plans to approach his Second Enlistment with a goal oriented mentality. He makes a personal pact with himself. He is motivated to excel and accomplish goals never reached by anyone in his family. Due to excessive deployments and the nature of the military, Clinton is driven slightly off course of his goals. The evils of the world and human nature destroy him, and turn him into a person no one knows. This is a story of promise, ambition, determination, lust, deceit, and disaster. The opposite sex is the thing Clinton lusts the most; women become the distraction that breaks his focus and motivation. Women are an addiction for Clinton, and that addiction leaves his world in fear, peril and a lonely void. Clinton experienced 9/11 twice, once in New York City and along his Second journey with the U.S. Navy. Clinton’s emotions, belief in the constitution and the oath he took for his country, land him in turmoil. I’m Clinton Dymel Stevens and I would like to personally invite you to my story, Prior Service Second Enlistment.
