When I bought the book "Silent Rain" more than anything I wanted to support the writer. As I walked through Chapters at Bovaird & Hwy. 10, there she was, signing books for those who purchased her book. I had not planned on reading the book anytime soon. You see, I'm more of a crime, suspense, thriller type reader - romance was not my thing. Well, a few days ago I picked up the book and read it in a couple of days. Let me say it was very difficult to put down. The characters in "Silent Rain" were very true to life - their issues very real. I felt their pain, hurt, anger, sadness, happiness, desire, passion, etc., etc. I was sad when the story ended. I wanted more.
I hope this is not Ms. Jones' first and only book. I look forward to the next, and the next, and the next.
