Wyoming holds a special spot in his heart for the author. He was born and raised in Southern California. His wife, Charlotte, was born and raised in Northern California. But they met in Riverton, Wyoming, and both believe it was a fate destined to be.

Jim James holds Masters and Doctoral degrees in Education. He has taught college, driven big trucks, been a bartender, stockbroker, and cowboyed (a little). He currently works for the State of Wyoming as a Juvenile Probation Officer. His wife is a Registered Nurse.
