Biography:
Gus Floyd is an educator who recently wrote his school a grant for 1200 desks with the left half of the seats missing so that they would support no child’s left behind.
Influenced by his students, Floyd caught himself making embarrassing grammatical blunders in the classroom. The students didn’t seem to notice. From his classroom experiences, Floyd theorized that a new language was in the making. An atrocious, ungrammatical English was replacing the old revered standard English. Floyd determined to study the new perverted English and discover its unwritten rules. The result is Floyd’s Rule Book of Bad Grammar.
