A native of Illinois, Dick Walker holds a business degree from Northwestern University in Evanston. He served as president of his fraternity, Sigma Nu, and Battalion Commander of the N.R.O.T.C. Upon graduation from Northwestern, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S.M.C.

His real estate career began when he moved to Florida. Condominium development his specialty, he authored and published, How to Sell Condominiums, and was dubbed, “Captain Condo.”

A “Paul Harris Fellow,” Walker holds the highest Rotary award. Semi-retired, he and son Luke enjoy life in the golf course community of Magnolia Valley in New Port Richey, Florida.
