The author is a modest person, who was bereft of early educational opportunity in his youth; he struggled, however, to become a teacher, and went to a teacher training college in his country. Through much ado, he found his way out, and into the United States. He went to Howard University in Washington, D.C; there he earned his degree in microbiology, and his master’s degree in molecular genetics. He went back to Nigeria to teach in an Army secondary school.

He started writing when he came back to the States after retiring.

He is a direct third filial generation of the dramatis personae of this book.
