Mrs. Borger was born and raised in and around Indiana, attended DePauw University and graduated from Indiana University. Her poems of nature and relationships have appeared in magazines like Feelings, Lehigh Valley Woman, Writer’s Digest, and online at www.perigee-art.com. She has won poetry awards from the Greater Lehigh Valley Writer’s Group, the Pennsylvania Poetry Society, and the Upper Bucks County Arts Festival, and has been invited to read at Barnes & Noble, the Moravian Museum, Touchstone Theatre, and the Reading PBS program, “Poet’s Pause.” She lives with her husband, Barrie, in eastern Pennsylvania.
