Virginia Caison Kelley was born in one of the remote parts of the Philippines. She loves reading novels and writing poetry, but most of all she wanted to be a missionary. Telling stories of her own and writing was one of her favorite pastimes. In 1988, she moved to the United States to join her husband in Decatur, Alabama. There, she and her family are currently engaged in the ministry.
