Clete Quick is the nephew of the pioneering aviator, Will Quick. A year before the death of Joe Quick, Will Quick’s last surviving son, Clete Quick was approached by Joe and asked to write the complete story for the sake of history. He resides in Casselberry, Florida. Marilyn Snowden is the author’s youngest daughter, the co-author and main researcher for this book.
