The author, Ron Oliphant, grew up in the small but well-known town of Natchitoches, Louisiana. After high school he moved to the city of Dallas, Texas. There he fell in love with the bright lights and city life thus never left. At age 23, he released a book of poems entitled A Player’s Poetry. Today, at age 35, he is ready to put on display a new body of work entitled Love Bones. In addition to his poetry, Ron has written a novel of fiction he hopes the public will enjoy. Ron can be generally be spotted at one of the many after hours establishments enjoying the pleasures his city and life has to offer.
