The authors are students from Kindergarten through fifth grade who attended La Mesa Dale Elementary School during the 2007-2008 school year. Over 300 students contributed poems and original artwork to this anthology. The compilation, organization, and input of all the poetry and artwork was a combined effort from our principal, teachers, parents, and La Mesa Dale community. Without their continuing support and vision, this book would not have been possible.
