David Kedson first encountered what is now known as Y2K as a young programmer in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University, with degrees in Computer Science and Business, and later earned a Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After a four-year stint as a litigation attorney, Mr. Kedson left the law in 1989 to start a legal software company, for which he designed and programmed a series of nationally distributed Legal Case Management products. Fortunately, the company’s products are all Y2K compliant. Mr. Kedson was born in 1960, and resides in Philadelphia with his wife Susan and cat A Capella.
