I have enjoyed my journey in life especially through writing and journaling each day. My Mother has been a strong teacher in my life always seeing the good in the other person and situations. Through a lot of research and life’s experiences I have discovered my own spiritual truth. For years the inspiration has been in my heart to write a book and give everyone a little more hope.

As well as writing, I have interests like, real estate, teaching, children, reiki, counseling, and exercise. I believe that good spiritual health is the cornerstone and everything else is gravy.
