Biography:

As a child, I suffered abuse at the hands of those I should have been able to trust. Now as a counsellor, my studies have drawn me to look back on my childhood with new insight. I recognize my need to accept my own humanity and life’s loss if I am ever going to find healing. My dream in writing this book is to help abuse survivors create a new, healthier life for themselves. Revealing those hidden secrets takes courage. Knowing you are not alone helps. I am travelling that path. Dive into your soul and grasp onto the hope of healing.

Two worlds intertwined, playing with my mind. Bike stunts with my little brother; family meals gobbled down; sitting in the church pew, wrestling with confusion.
