Clarice W. Dowdle has been involved in caregiving in one form or another throughout most of her life. She grew up in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, the eldest of four children. From an early age thru adulthood she was exposed to many senior care systems and although respected their purpose, was convinced someone needed to be a voice for reality, change, information and resources.
