Erik Haglund is a mechanical engineer and, now, an author. He was born in Minnesota and grew up in Richmond, VA. In 2001 he became a believer in Jesus after spending years looking for meaning in accomplishment, indulgence and science. Erik applies his engineering mind to studying the Bible; as a result his writing style is analytical and clear, simple but not simplistic, exacting and informative. He believes good Bible study into concepts and context does not always require a seminary degree so long as we work hard enough.
Erik, his wife Erin, and their two boys live in Richmond.
