Rodney A. Cooper was born in Savannah, GA in 1971. He was educated in Macon where he now resides. His career has been in business management and entrepreneurship. He started studying Taoism in 1989 and has read over fifty translations of the Tao Te Ching. He is also webmaster of www.eternaltao.com.
