Phil Bullard retired from the U. S. Navy in 1978 having served 21 years. He has a BS degree in Management from Golden Gate University. Mr. Bullard entered the Naval Service in 1957 after graduating from High School in Guilford, Maine. Upon retiring from the Navy, the family returned to Maine. He went on to a sales career in the office products industry for the next 22 years. He and his wife Mary Jane have been married 42 years, and have ten grandchildren. This is his first novel.
