After reading RAISING RYAN, you feel like you've known the family for a long time! Written with commpassion and humor and wisdom, you will get revealing insight into life with a special needs child. I recommend it especially for people who have family members, friends, or an aquaintance that has a special needs child- you will understand and learn how to relate to them more effectively than before. This is also an excellent book for anyone who needs encouragement in any situation, not just for people dealing with special needs kids. RAISING RYAN is an easy to read book but with a punch that will change your perspective forever. Share it with all your friends!

Ok, now I've read it all, cover to cover. I laughed; I cried; I have even more admiration for you and what you do. I think your insight as to why people are given special needs children and how God sees us as we see them is awesome! I especially liked the things you shared about things God spoke to you in the midst of trials & questions about Ryan. I hope I will remember to never complain about my laundry again. I should have given everyone I know a book for Christmas so they will gain a proper perspective on life. At the very least, I should carry several copies with me so that wherever I go, if I hear a complaint about children, laundry or any form of, "Why me," I can whip out your book as a definitive answer! You must send copies to Focus on the Family, Beth Moore, Oprah, Dennis Rainey, etc. I should give a copy to Ellen, too. Thanks for finding time to write the book! Love, Cindy
