Phyllis's expertise and knowledge of healthy weight management makes loosing weight effortless. She knows all of the mental blocks that keep us from being successful, and she addresses these issues so you can loose weight immediately, and keep it off. The title of the book should be "Everything you ever wanted to learn about healthy eating and weight management, but were afraid to ask." Her book is filled with dynamite information! If you only invest in one weight loss book, this is the one!

Phyllis's book is quick and motivating. Her philosophy and practices are very easy to understand and follow. You will be amazed at how easy it can be to change your lifestyle and lose weight. Phyllis provides excellent information, awesome tips, and great recipes. Read this book!!!!

This book will change your way of approaching a healthy lifestyle and keeping it! Not only is it chock full of practical advice to help you make healthy food choices, it also helps you to uncover the reasons why you may have not succeeded in the past. Phyllis helps you to focus on those hard questions, like, "If I'm not hungry, then why am I eating this?" She has a very gentle style of writing, that is very encouraging, not at all pushy!
