I HAVE BEEN A PHILLIES FAN FOR 45 YEARS BUT I AM CLOSELY RELATED TO MASSASHUSETTS BASEBALL.BEFORE THEY MOVED TO PHILADELPHIA IN 1883 THE PHILLIES WERE KNOWN AS THE BROWNSTOCKINGS WHO PLAYED THEIR GAMES AT AGRICTURAL DRIVING PARK IN WORCESTER,MASSACHUSETTS.THIS BOOK COVERS MUCH BASEBALL ACTIVITY IN MASSACHUSETTS ESPECIALLY WESTFIELD.A VERY INFORMATIVE VOLUME!
