Received the cookbook.. you did a great job! Can hardly wait to try some of them out, especially the cookies, cakes & breads. Also, your cornbread recipe. Not only is your book a cookbook, but informative as to what a person that has Celiac is. It is so many times missed diagnosed, but when it is correctly, it is so simple as you watch what you put in your mouth, even medications, toothpaste or mouthwash.
