Walk inside the pages , 05/15/2005

To read the essays in this book is to walk within the pages. So many of the subjects are familiar to any reader and they bring back memories of childhood and former days. I especially enjoyed the 'stories' that dealt with family relationships and the reminders of what is essential to our foundation. Mrs. Colton has a wonderful and colorful past and she shares it with the reader easily and comfortably. To read her essays is to travel the path with her and with one's self.

These writings are timeless and can be appealing to a varied audience. Short chapters of 2-5 pages make this a wonderful companion for filling the void of wait times in offices, while traveling and more. There is something for everyone here from historical accounts to whimsical rhymes.
