Diamond: Native crystalline carbon that is usually nearly colorless, that when transparent and free from flaws is highly valued as a precious stone, and that is used industrially as an abrasive powder and in rock drills because of its great hardness.
Evolution: A process of change in a certain direction.
:Diamond Evolution:
A highly valued change A new life is happening The old life didn't flash before my eyes Some of the memories still cling to me My spirit is cleansing itself of the past Embracing the present And preparing for the future The ultimate evolution has come Diamond Evolution An evolution of value unequaled by any other The only expectations I am concerned with are my own This life I live is now for me Negativity get behind me and witness my success To have made it this far shows I am unbreakable It's a new circle that is being formed Some of the old And definitely more of the new Are you part of this evolution Diamond Evolution
E: WOW!!!! I had planned to write a very long poem. For once, I have decided to keep it simple. There have been so many things that have happened since the first Complicated book back in 2002. I have met some new people and got rid of some old ones. My company is doing great right now and I even managed to change my name throughout this entire process. As you grow older, you see things differently in life and you have to learn to adapt to those new things that you see differently. If you don't know how to adapt, then you will never be able to evolve. If you can't evolve, then you will be stuck in the same spot your entire life. This book is to let people know that I have opened my eyes. I wrote this for you so you will be able to do the same. For some people, there will come a time in your life when you have to walk your path alone. People who you thought were in your corner; they were conspiring against you the entire time. That's when you ask a higher power to guide you on your journey through your evolution. You have to be positive, have faith and believe that good things will come to you. I hope you enjoy these poems in this new book. I have brought back a few old poems as well, because my explanation is a little bit different on a few since I see things differently now.
:Divine Baby:
Miracle child might describe me Able to do the impossible Not able to walk on water But able to part the sea Divine baby Yep yep Tis me I fly on the breath of an angel I have the touch of a dove When in danger God shows his love His chosen baby He just wanted to make a point Even the biggest sinners have the power to anoint I am a radical baby Not bound by the Old Testament or the new I was brought here To show Gods love for you Not here to judge you Not here to say I’m above sin If we stick together We can all win Divine baby Impossible miracles have happened for me everyday If he did it for me He can do it for you Look inside You're probably a divine baby too
E: So many miracles happen so many times for me. I've started telling people that I have been touched by God himself. I am what many Christians would call a sinner. And just for the record, I am not a Christian. I am a Spiritualist. I believe that we can learn something from all religions. Plus, we all serve the same God. I want people to really look at their life. I am sure some of you have had some bad circumstances that you managed to sail right on through. Some of us receive more miracles than others. I thought I exceeded my quota long ago. I guess God thought differently. Divinity will always be present in my life. It doesn't matter who or what I am. That's why I call myself the divine baby.
:Please Remember When:
You use to tell me stories Stories of what you did in the past Now you can barely remember what you do in the present Please remember when We use to go to the grocery store I would fill the cart up You would say I could get some more Please remember when I use to stay with you on the weekends Just watching movies Just being a kid Please remember when I use to ask could I get something to eat You'd tell me that’s what the food was there for I felt like your only grandchild When I walked through the door Please remember when I would ride with you to go pay bills Lots of grass and lots of hills Please remember when I came almost every Sunday to visit you Please remember when You said you loved me And I said I loved you too Please granny Please remember when
E: This poem is for my granny. She currently has Alzheimer’s. My great grandfather also had it too. This is a disease that I plan to fight as time goes on. I know God will supply me with the resources to fight this disease. My granny is very dear to me and I hope she will always remember the good times we had.
