Are you worried about your memory?
Most people are these days.
Are you doing anything about it?
Most people aren’t.
After all, isn’t that why you noticed my sub-title, Restore Your Memory – Retrain Your Brain? Secretly, (although you don’t want to admit it) you’ve been noticing those forgetful, absentminded, or “senior moments”, those temporary lapses when a word doesn’t come to you right away; a name disappears – the one you “should” know; and when the car is nowhere to be found in the parking lot . . . again . . . you’ve become concerned.
Okay. Don’t panic! Relax. These things happen to everyone. You’re probably not getting Alzheimer’s . . . or dementia . . . or any other scary mind thing.
Chances are there are very simple, common reasons why this has been happening to YOU. You’ve probably heard rumors about “use it or lose it” . . . believe it, they’re true. Perhaps you’ve become lazy. Easily distracted. Simply scatterbrained. Or you’re just so busy with too much going on, that your mind is overloaded . . . a normal condition for most everyone.

Is it time to head in a new direction? You bet it is! It’s never too late . . . or too soon!
This book will teach you how to exercise your mind; just as you must exercise your body to keep it healthy and strong, vital, active and reliable. Over a 30-year career of motivational speaking on the topic of memory, listening to thousands of questions from audience members, the one I’ve been asked the most at the end of my presentations is “What now?” In other words, “Now that I’m motivated to improve my memory, and I’m convinced that I must (and also that I can), just how do I go about doing it?” How do I exercise my mind like a muscle? How do I learn the techniques to apply?

Before you begin, I’d like to say thank you for the privilege of inviting me inside the very private and sacred place within your mind; I am honored to be welcome. I believe that the secrets learned from this book really do the job of strengthening and restoring brain cells to fuller capacity in order to help halt and even reverse deterioration commonly attributed to the aging process! Youthful vitality can be restored. It requires a bit of work; however, it’s well worth the effort invested.
As you pick up this book again and again, keep in mind, a Tool Kit only becomes valuable when you take out the tools and use them. The more you work with them, the better they work.
