Abstract:
READ WRITE SPEAK CORRECT ENGLISH was developed from research that showed how people speak well using correct grammar without knowing language theory. Researchers found that many of the people who spoke well did not know the parts of speech or how to recite rules of grammar. Further research showed that the people who spoke well knew the rules of grammar even though they could not recite them. They spoke and wrote well, though they could not explain how they did it. They simply knew how to use language correctly. This book teaches how to use English correctly without teaching complicated language theory.
