The day I received your book in the mail, I sat down for a couple of hours reading all the daily reflections from January this year - so I was able to be up to date! As soon as I started reading your words I immediately felt a resurgence of calmness overwhelm me, as I was totally able to understand what you were saying. It felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders, and I shed many tears, happy tears. Ed, the day I asked for help, was the day I accepted my depression as a disease and began my journey to healing. I truly believe that you are my angel and you will forever be an inspiration to me. You are doing God's work, in helping others overcome this disease and loving themselves for who they are.
