Abstract:
This manuscript contains 10 essays and 3 non-fiction short stories. This quick read is provocative. The essays include works on the “Printed Word” – its usefulness and/or uselessness. The author addresses patriotism, he talks to God, he wonders about the male/female situation. He thinks this last is God’s funniest joke. He attempts to figure out “Yuppies”, “Baby Boomers”, “Civility”, “Generation X” members, “Teachers”, and he espouses his pride in being a “Liberal”. He also tells three non-fiction stories. Two could be considered love stories (the names have been changed to protect the guilty); and one story, a tragedy.
