Abstract:
SISSY TALLE completes the Talle family saga that began with ELIJAH TALLE, Wyoming 1863—1891. Following Elijah’s story, THE FIVE SONS OF ELIJAH TALLE recounts the adventures of Elijah’s sons before they are able to come into their rightful heritage. In SISSY TALLE, the sons discover they have a sister and send Blaze Ekhart to search for her. He finds Sissy caught in the middle of Wyoming’s Johnson County War of 1892. After he rescues her from there, she takes a disastrous trip to San Francisco and a harrowing ride down The Outlaw Trail before she can join her brothers at the Star ranch.
