Abstract:
Buckskins, Bibles, & Black Powder is a collection of messages that have been preached at Rendezvous, Living History re-enactments, Historical Festivals, and Black Powder shoots throughout the United States. These messages use examples from the outdoors, shooting, and facts about the history of the church in America, as well as wit and humor to challenge the reader into a deeper Christian walk. While originally intended for a specific audience, the examples, the images, and stories illustrate the most fundamental of spiritual truths in very simple terms which almost everyone can understand.
