WOW!!!! What an incredible storyteller. Mr Schliesman had me laughing one minute and pondering deep metaphysical thoughts the next. His tongue in cheek treatment of the corporate world was clever and crafty. I found myself relating to Philip Nimbus in both my dealings with the corporate world and my constant journey in trying to understand my own existance here on this big blue marble. INCREDIBLE. I can't wait for his next novel!!

  Charming , 06/10/2005

The word "charming" comes to mind first. It is a delight of a novel full of well crafted characters and events. I have a feeling it will be a "word of mouth" success and eventually a classic. It is full of life's lessons and meanings delivered in a playful, fanciful way. I enjoyed it immensely.

Gift for the Soul , 07/14/2005

Reading Nimbus is a gift to one’s own soul, a wake-up call to how truly interrelated we are. Though I shed tears several times, I also cheered. I now look at clouds and everything else with new appreciation.
