Abstract:
Before the war in Vietnam made headlines, there was the war in Laos.

In defiance of the Geneva Accords the opposing forces of Democracy and Communism clashed with bullets and bombs rather than words. Laos was the focal point of a shadow war for geopolitical primacy on the world’s grand chessboard.

Clandestinely leading the effort to create a secret army, CIA Case Officers Thomas Lowe, and Peter Kent find more than they expected in the tiny kingdom of Laos. Kent finds love, while Lowe finds salvation. Ultimately, however both men converge on a path of carnage and despair.

Love, hate, and political intrigue lead both men in need of THE SAVIOR.
