Abstract:
The twins, their cousin Trevor and best friend Larry Olson got involved with the police. They did not do anything bad. Their involvement was in a good way. Lieutenant Morley Barkeley was an ace police dog trainer. He was renown for getting results with even the most rebellious animal.

When Larry and Trevor found and rescued Keta from certain death, the boys really get involved with the dog and the police. Keta is trained by the boys, under the Lieutenant, and taken all the way to his championship. Has any other boys had a summer project so exciting?
