Reviewer: Mauris L. Emeka
At a time when the Amereican diet is all too full of cooked, processed, and refined foods, the book Hungry for Health is very much welcomed. Written in a conversational and easy to read style, this book is a must read for anyone who wants to enhance their body's healing power. It contains dozens of excellent recipes calling for tasty foods rich in enzymes. I especially like how this book sticks to dietary basics, as it stresses the importance of four main points: eat primitive, eat colorful, eat alkaline, and eat organic. Finally, this well-researched and documented book is filled with dozens of timely and memorable quotes. What a wealth of useful information! The above book review was written by Mauris L. Emeka, author of two books: "Fear Cancer No More - Preventive and healing information everyone should know", copy 2002; and "Cancer's Best Medicine - A Self-help and Healing Guide", copyright 2004.
