Abstract:
When Elisabeth meets Matthew Rasmussen, she immediately charms her way into his life. Little does he know that she is an undercover police officer assigned to unveil his criminal activity. When Elisabeth’s feelings for Matthew compromise the investigation, she loses the only job that she has ever known. Returning to her hometown, Elisabeth struggles to make a new life and forget her past. She finds a friend in Taylor Martin: a man who also is searching for a fresh start.
