Abstract:
I Will Lift Up My Eyes is the story of Dalene Wayne, who finds a way of life she did not know existed. She meets Jesus at a Good Friday service, is baptized in the Holy Spirit, and falls in love with Mark Lane, the minister who explains what the experience means. Mark goes away from Dalene because of his dedication to God. Dalene has a chapel built on the mountains. Mark comes to help Dalene overcome problems that arise at the chapel. She goes away due to a misunderstanding. Mark comes to realize God chose Dalene to be his helpmate.
