Abstract:
What if there was a single fundamental people system upon which all human activity rested? What if such a system could explain why people do things? What if such a system could predict a person’s actions and reactions? What if such a system could act as a template for the creation of any and every business, regardless of its size? What if such a system could define the cause and effect of business activity? What if such a system could make business success as predictable as failure always has been?

If there were such a system, it would have to be called The Basic Operating System.
