While reading this guide, I had become so excited and motivated to start not only the fitness program but also to put the nutrition tips to work. I have already lost 5 pounds and I can see the toned muscle that I once had coming back. Tyson's information is simple,basic, and awesome. I have also started some lite Martial Arts training. Thanks Mr. Johnson for this down to earth manual.

My name is Lisa. I have had so many medical problems that seem to get worse every year. my respitory problems alone keep me constantly going to the hospital. After reviewing this manual twice I have to honestly say that this book is great for the every day person like me. I really didn't think I would ever get out of my wheelchair and off the oxygen tank. But now I am feeling a bit more like my old self again. Better health, here I come.

As a competitive athlete and former U.S. Military SGT. I am constantly looking for good programs that get results. There are many gimmicks that waste time but this trainer really knows his stuff. My wife found the women's self defense tips priceless and is no paying more attention to her surroundings. I would like to train with Tyson and suggest you do the same. I salute this guide and it's information for my wife, kids, and definitly for myself.

When I first ordered the book, I figured that it was going to be like most others. I was happily shocked to find it to be different and interesting.There was some information that I needed to be refreshed on and alot that educated me. Around that time I was pretty sick and couldn't shake it until I tried the cold and flu remedies in Tyson's book and it worked great! No Joke, I then bought 10 books for friends and family to try, I told everybody and you will too.

I found this book to be useful in so many ways. It was amazing, insiteful, and so easy to understand. Every aspect of fitness and nutrition was covered without all the boring jibberish that comes along with most books. I can't wait until the next book I read about Tyson Johnson's Extreme Fitness and Self Defense comes out in 2008. This is seriously great motivation and info for people of all ages. Encourage your friends and family to get this book TODAY!

Now we are anxiously awaiting the new book Tyson Johnson's Extreme Fitness and Self Defense! Early previews are great! I don't read a lot of books, but when I finally did, this book was great. I found a lot of good info that I could use. My wife and I really enjoyed reading it together and we used the eating programs and workout programs together. No boring crap, just good training. I recommend this book to everybody who has goals to achieve and isn't in to reading too much. When we checked out www.tysonjohnson.com we found that Tyson is everything they say he is. Super Cool!
