Abstract:
A Grander Vision: Becoming God’s Leader in the Workplace is an inspirational book on business leadership told from a Christian perspective. The central premise is that leadership is both an awesome gift and a partnership with God. God is the senior partner and you are the junior partner. The author, Bill Cordivari, was a company president at Johnson and Johnson. Beyond business, he also incorporates his first-hand leadership experiences from the military, politics, government and local church. He tells how his own spiritual journey impacted his development as a leader in the workplace. And he concludes with inspirational biographical sketches of role models who pursued a grander vision.
