Abstract:
Surviving College After 60 focuses on the real life experience of the author, who for many years thought about, and often wondered if she would ever realize her dream of receiving a bachelor’s degree. The book carries you through the years of consideration, waiting and wondering before the author fully made her mind up to return to college. In this book, the author recounts the struggles and the valiant endeavors to accomplish her goal. The intended purpose is to encourage and inform those who have a desire to attend college, and who, like the author, are afraid because of age or have the feeling that they can’t compete with younger students.
