Abstract:
Floyd M Grooms retired in 1964 at Washington, D.C. after 23 years of military duty. His last 15 years was in the counterintelligence field with the Office of Special Investigations. He and his wife Lucille opened their own Real Estate office, subsequently moving to Phoenix, AZ and recently to Naples, FL. He is an avid gambler and wrote Betting Between Sevens, a book on Craps and then decided to write his second book, Roulette at its Best. Of the two books he feels that the later is the best of the two.
