Excellent resource for instructional purposes as well as the novice driver. Easy read and loaded with functional "nuggets". A must read for the individual who undertakes to train truck drivers as well as the drivers both new and seasoned. Should be on the required reading list for truckers!!!

This book should have been titled "Happy Trucking Guide" because that is what it teaches. But it also tells the reader how to live happily in the truck, almost like home-away-from-home. It concludes with recommendations to trucking companies to place more emphasis on training their truck driver trainers. The author suggests that companies recognize the unique position of these truck diver trainers in the companies as they are the first point of contact of the new drivers.
