The author says, "If you are sad, lonely, angry or frustrated, this book may help." This is very true. Using this book to help you explore the hidden parts of your consciousness truly can lead to love and happiness that the author says is waiting in abundance, if you'll just take advantage of it. Drawing on his experience as a hypnotherapist and consciousness explorer, Mr. Langford reveals some truly amazing insights about religion, science and philosophy. He has the ability to make even complex subjects understandable and even interesting. I found this book very readable, and kept a highlighter at hand to mark passages that reveal the meaning in areas that I've struggled with for years. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is searching for meaning in their own life. As the author says on the back cover, "Discovering the parts within your self, including your own higher consciousness, will open a new world of peace and love and you will never look at yourself or others the same." Thanks to the wisdom in this book, I know I won't.
