Abstract:
Know the Stone by Betty Friend is a collection of guiding thoughts and inspirations received in daily meditations over a period of several years. She states that at some point in life each of us tires of being the pawn on the game board of life who is creating and experiencing pain and pleasure in varying degrees. At that point there is a huge desire to be at Home within the Self. It is to this common need in all of us that these ideas are directed. “Be still and know that I am God” has often been quoted. Now is the time to believe it and to bring spiritual comfort into our lives.
