Powerful! Life defining! A profound journey through the process of healing from the painful wounds of broken relationships, particularly divorce. This book will impact any woman who reads it.

Abstract:
This book is a profound account of one woman’s determination to rise from the darkness of “Lodebar,” to a place of total emotional and spiritual healing. This place is called wholeness. Alishia takes women scarred from the wounds of divorce on a journey through what she calls “The Healing Garden.” She challenges women to uproot the “weeds” that hinder their full breakthrough, like feelings of inferiority, shame, failure, and resentment. She addresses every area of women’s emotional deformities, leading them to a place of self-worth, forgiveness, and new determination, helping them to become empowered through the power of God.

Healed and Whole again , 10/05/2007

Praise the Lord! I have attended so many Women thou art loose conference (not all were called that or taught by Bishop Jakes) and sermons but this book had the most profound impact on me after reading it. “Lodebar”; I am saved, anointed, set apart, speaking in tongues, a prayer warrior but I lived there and did not even know it. BUT today I live in a place of total emotional and spiritual healing. The place you called wholeness. When I finished reading this book the Lord deposited an old song that the New age does not even sing………I am Free Praise the Lord I am Free no longer bond, No more chains holding me my soul is resting it is just a blessing Praise the Lord I am free………I know you know that song. Between that song and your encouragement to breakthrough the scars of past hurts and address the REAL ISSUES, I can honestly say I am delivered from those things that held me in Lodebar. After reading your book, God gave me so much JOY……JOY IN THE HOLY GHOST! THANK YOU! God Bless you and your Ministry, Forever in His Service, Teressa

I have known this Anointed Young Woman of God for many years and have witnessed her joys, pains, struggles and triumphs and this book is the ultimate testament of HER VICTORY IN JESUS. By reading it, you will know how healing can be attained and not just attained but forever kept. This anointed account of a woman's struggles and overcomings is not just for the divorced but for "ANYONE" struggling with past or present hurts, failures, or disappointments. I myself was divinely healed in the process of reading this book from a hurt i dealt with for YEARS and this is not just a review i am writing because she is a friend, this is a testament of God's divine appointment on this Woman of God's life to bring healing n deliverance to those who want it. This book is a must have and if you are struggling with anything in your life, you can't afford not to purchase it so you too can be free. I absolutely loved how she broke down how to recognize your need for healing, how to attain it, and how to maintain it. Woman of God, you have done well in representing the kingdom of God and his righteousness. Keep walking worthy, Min.   Empowering and Encouraging , 10/29/2007
Reviewer: Valarie Wright
I have known Alisha for about three years. I learned more about her from reading the book, because she did not let her past affect her. When I interviewed her for an open position with my division, it was not a real interview. I hired her on the spot. Her attitude and self-confidence shined through as though she did not have a care in the world. Her actions on the job remained consistent and she thought of others more than herself. She continued to smile even when she was going through her divorce. I witnessed her "new beginnings" and she has been an encouragement to me. From reading her book, only I can determine my own self-worth. We don't need to be validated by anyone but God. I am married with two children. Yet, I feasted from this book and encouraged to fulfill my goals. If I don't succeed, it means that I did not believe in myself.

Reviewer: Lisa Tull
I thank God for the transparency of Ms. Louis. By exposing her pain and struggle while going through this journey, many women can be healed, delivered and set free. I know the pain of divorce, bad relationships and deep depression. This book touches on every emotion that I have experienced. I know that this book will minister to many women that suffer in silence. This book gives hope and confirms that God will give beauty for ashes!

  Open and Honest , 01/29/2008
Reviewer: Doris Johnson
I've never read a book where the author was so openly honest. It takes you step by step of what she went through and even more than that how she was delivered! We have so many "life stories" in book form that leave you wanting. They leave you knowing that someone out there is going through, but they don't tell you how to get through! This book lets you know, I've been through, and this is how I got out, and you too can overcome! The Lord used this willing vessel to convey hope in some seemingly hopeless situations. Thank you for your obedience. I enjoyed this book even though I've been married for 17 years, with 4 children. I got a nugget or two so I wouldn't say it was just for women dealing with divorce. Even the book cover is awesome! "What you are is revealed by what you do, and what you do reveals what you really believe!"

  Faith to move Lodebar's Mountain , 01/31/2008
Reviewer: Monay
I met Alishia back in 1995/96, we were co-workers at the time. I love her spirit. She has inspired me to "TAKE IT BY FORCE" that would be the liberty that the mustard seed was planted with to move whatever mountain that stands in the path of your destiny. I have not married yet, but reading this profound book and the jewels that was given to me I dare not even think about being shame of the things that I had to go through for God to bring to a place of total submission to his Will, Word, and his Way. Thanks Alishia for the agape kind of love that God has placed on your life to minister to his people in this day and time. Be Blessed at all times.

This is for all women that have ever been rejected... , 08/01/2008
Reviewer: Natasha M.
I praise God for Alishia's honesty in "Woman, Will Thou Be Made Whole".....! Her testimony and lessons in this book spoke to me on many levels...I identified with her 'defense mechanisms' that she so poignantly described. Alishia keeps it real and is TRULY an encourager. Don't be fooled or distracted by the title, this book will minister to ANY woman (single, married, widowed, etc) that has EVER dealt with rejection and deep hurt...RUN! Don't walk to get this book for all of the women in your life....

  WOW , 09/18/2008

Hello, for sometime I wanted to read this book when I first heard of it, but time would not permit. So on September 16, 2008 I was searching the web and Alishia Louis name came to my mind, so I goggled her name and look at God, her name and the book she wrote showed up. I decided to order the book. I received it on September 17, 2008. Let me tell you, when I arrived home I opened up the package and began to read and I could not put down this book to save my life. I know I had other things on my agenda to do that day, but God had me read that book almost to the end, but guess what, I finish reading it today (9/18/08) and all I could say is "WOW", God has open my eyes to many things that I already knew existed but was in denial. But look at how awesome God is to us, he reveals all. Alishia, great job

Although I've never been married or divorced this book spoke to my soul. It touched on issues that affect all aspects of relationships. It's not just for those who have been through a divorce. I applaud Alishia for opening up and allowing God to use her to speak to his people. I highly recommend that you read this book because I know it will bless you as it did me!

  Answer the ? (Title) , 09/12/2009
Reviewer: Yoruba
I met minister Alishia earlier this year through a dear friend of mine & have nothing but total respect & admiration for her passion to serve the Lord in spirit/truth. She was obedient to God by following His instruction to write & publish her testimony, provide biblical references to manifest miracles on a supernatural level, & speak life into those that read her book. Hence, people are healed & made whole!!! Glory to God............HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!:) If you buy the book & read it entirely.............then, you have answered the ? (title: "Woman, Will Thou Be Made Whole?) After reading this book I was healed, delivered from bondage, & most importantly.............made whole!!!:) Thank you JESUS for blessing this passionate author/servant with the annointing to write such a book with words that lift up off of the pages & literally penetrate the souls of the readers.

I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to read this book. I could relate to the pain and process. I definitely looking forward to the promise. I thought my desire for wholeness was impossible because of the emotional pain. However reading this book has given me, courage, and faith to believe that God will make me whole again, and its OK to trust him with my heart.

I purchased this book and loved it. Yes, we men can relate to this as well. We as men do hurt as well. A lot of different parts in this book hit home and made me go hmmm.... interesting. I compared questions and situations in the book with my own personal life. We all need to heal and forgive before we can move on into another relationship. Keep the books coming.

Yes lots of people have been in relationships where it ended in divorce, separation, etc. Why must we continue to center our lives around this one incident that happen to us..we as people of God need to move on and let the pass go. Lets not try to put our ex's down or shame them, by writing about them. Guess what, God is the Judge of all things. My question to you, do you really really know who that other person is you are talking about. That person is the father/mother/uncle/aunt, etc. of your children..Lets start building each other up instead of putting them down.
