Abstract:
Diamond Rewards: A Tale of the Little Leagues follows a professional jock returning to his hometown to coach the Little League. Rick’s coaching techniques fashion an outstanding All-Star team, and he achieves personal satisfaction by learning to help others. Athletic Jared, abandoned by his mother at an age of four months, improves his self-confidence and citizenship under Rick’s patient instruction. Besides saving Jared from the Training School, Rick finds romance in Jill, the beautiful water ballet coach.
